Lobster Bisque Soup Recipe

Serves 8

1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds cooked and cubed lobster meat
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pinches ground cayenne pepper
2 cups chicken broth
4 medium slices onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk

1.  In a frying pan heat up the chicken broth and the onion for 7 minutes. Then iIn a medium size pot over medium heat melt the butter. Slowly stir in flour. Whisk until a creamy mixture is created.
2.  Slowly pour in broth, whisking constantly. Whisk in milk, salt, onion, lobster meat, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper. Heat on high but do not overboil.
